Tell us a little bit about yourself.
My name is Alexia and I’ve been creating travel and lifestyle content on my social channels for the last five years. Five years on, I’m now a full time content creator and freelance florist too!
How did you come to be Content Creator and Travel & Lifestyle Influencer?
It was actually through my husband, Steve. He’s a photographer and film maker who grew his audience from capturing his travels. We began to travel together and two years later I went full time to join him and create my own.
What does a day in the life look like for you Alexia?
My days are varied! They’ll always start with a dog walk on the beach as I find it sets me up for the day and clears my head. I’ll then either head into the office for a day behind the laptop, answering emails and editing content. If I’m creating flowers for a wedding or event my day will start at the flower market which is always my favourite way to start the day! Content days will take me to new locations to photograph and film, so pretty eclectic schedule!

You have some amazing photography and travel journals, on the places you visit. Is there anywhere you have been that really stands out for you?
I visited Japan with Steve last year and felt like we only scratched the surface of what the beautiful country had to offer. You could be in the bustling city of Tokyo and then in the peaceful surroundings of the countryside within an hour by Bullet train. I can’t wait to visit again!

Any key pieces of advice that you have learnt through your work that you would like to share?
There’s so many things I’ve learnt over the last couple of years working for myself full time. It sounds cheesy but you have to believe in yourself and what you’re doing. I’ve had a few opportunities pass me by because I doubted myself instead of saying yes. To also schedule your week, I work so much better when I have a clear outline of what my week looks like, which helps me to motivate myself on projects where I set the deadlines.
Finally, what are your favourite Laura Adele pieces and why?
I love the Star and Moon Medallion as it works so well as an any occasion necklace. I also love both the gold vermeil medium hoops and the extra special medium diamond hoops 😍
